How to make the PU SDU Integral skinning foam Seat for ESD cleanroom chair

Hello , this is Bo here from t&f ,we are the factory of PU foam chair for years . Now here , we will show you the process ,how to produce the PU foam seat .

Step one :   To spray mold discharging agent and black pain on the mold surface

Step  two :  Fix the wood plate in the mold

Step three : Filled in the PU foam raw material ,and then close the mold , 10 minutes foaming ,

Step four : Get the product out from the mold ,and cut the trimming .

OK ,now the PU foam seat is finished .
